Business document templates for Latvia
Here are 9 of the business documents Latvian companies and freelancers need most: invoices, a credit note, a quote, a delivery note, an acceptance act and letters about unpaid invoices. - Invoice template A VAT-registered seller’s invoice with every requisite in VAT Act Art. 125.
- Invoice template without VAT An invoice for a business or self-employed person not registered for VAT.
- Advance invoice A prepayment (pro forma) invoice before delivery, and the VAT invoice for an advance received.
- Credit note The document that reduces or cancels an issued invoice by referring to it.
