Open New invoice, pick a client from the Register or type one in, and add your lines. fakts fills in VAT and the next sequential number. Save to send a PDF or a Peppol e-invoice.

Do not edit or delete the original, that would break your numbering. Issue a credit note or a correction from the invoice instead, and fakts keeps both linked.

In Settings. Your name, registration number, VAT status, logo and bank account flow onto every invoice from there, so you enter them only once.

Standard is 21%. Reduced 12% and 5% cover specific goods, and 0% is for exports and intra-EU supply. Reverse charge is a separate mechanism, not a rate.

Invoicing stays free. The AI assistant that drafts incoming bills from your Gmail is an optional add-on at 10 EUR per month, and you can cancel it any time.
