Company profile & settings

The company profile settings control what details appear on your documents, which logo is shown on invoices, and how foreign-currency invoices are handled. Settings are accessible only to the account owner.

Your company details

In the Company profile settings section, fill in your company's core information: name, registration number, legal address, VAT registration number (if you are a VAT payer), and contact details. These are automatically inserted into all invoices, royalty statements, and other documents.

Make sure the details match what is recorded in the Enterprise Register — especially the name and legal address, as they appear on legal documents.

Branding (logo) on invoices

Upload your company logo and it will be added to PDF invoices and other documents. Use a clean, high-resolution image — ideally PNG with a transparent background.

After uploading, the logo appears immediately on new documents. Existing documents are not changed.

Exchange-rate settings (ECB)

If you issue invoices in a foreign currency (for example USD or GBP), Latvian accounting law requires showing the EUR equivalent at the European Central Bank (ECB) daily rate on the invoice date.

Modules & roles

In the settings section you can manage which modules are active on your account and what permissions other users have. Each role (owner, accountant, employee, viewer) determines which modules a user can access and what actions they can take.

Permissions can be customised per user, granting or revoking access to specific modules independently of their base role.
