Getting started with fakts

fakts is an invoicing and bookkeeping tool for Latvian freelancers and small businesses. This page shows where everything lives so you can get going in a few minutes.

What fakts is

With fakts you issue invoices, track incoming bills and expenses, keep a client book, schedule appointments, and prepare your VAT summary. Each of these is a separate module, and you only see the ones you need.

The main areas

Invoices — create, send and track payment; generate Peppol e-invoices.
Incoming — record bills and expenses you receive.
Clients — a client book with company lookup by registration number.
VAT — a VAT summary for your PVN declaration.
Calendar — appointments and reminders.
