Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your invoices, and the answer comes from Fakts.
Add Fakts as a connector, and the assistant can see the invoices, clients and payments of the companies you choose. It finds overdue invoices, drafts an invoice with the next number in the series and records payments. It can issue and send an invoice only with your approval, unless you allow it to do that without you.

The assistant does not remember your invoices from the conversation, and it does not make them up. Each time you ask, it asks Fakts, and Fakts answers only about the companies you gave it access to.
It reads invoices and quotes, clients, catalogue items, bills, the VAT threshold, the PVN return preview, Enterprise Register records and ECB rates. If you allow it, it adds a client with the details from the register, drafts invoices and quotes, and records payments.

- Turn on developer mode in Settings › Security and login › Developer mode. In a workspace, an admin turns it on.

- Open Settings › Plugins › MCPs, choose Add, then Add MCP server.

Then Fakts asks you to choose the companies and permissions. You can narrow or withdraw them at any time. Claude, ChatGPT and Codex rename their menus from time to time. The Anthropic and OpenAI guides have the current names.

- The assistant asks Fakts It works only in the companies you allowed. If there are several, it asks you which one.
- You approve To issue or send an invoice, the assistant gives you a link. It opens the invoice, and you approve or decline.
A draft is a real invoice
A draft the assistant creates takes the next number in its series, because the law requires sequential numbering. So ask for a draft when you mean to issue the invoice.
You choose what it may do
When you sign in to Fakts, one screen asks which of your companies the assistant may reach and what it may do. Reading is always on. Creating and editing drafts, clients and payments is your choice. Issuing and sending invoices without asking you is a separate choice, and it starts switched off. Narrow the permissions or disconnect in Settings, under Connected apps.
Approval by link
Without the send permission, when the assistant wants to issue or send an invoice it gives you a link. You open it, see the invoice, and approve or decline. The link is valid for 24 hours, and any change to the draft voids it.

Which assistants work?
Any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth sign-in. This page describes Claude (on the web, desktop and phone), Claude Code and ChatGPT.
Is it on the free plan?
Yes, both plans can connect. A connection can make up to 1200 requests an hour on the free plan and 6000 on the paid plan. One question can take several requests.
What happens to my data?
What the assistant reads from Fakts goes to the AI provider you chose, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, and they handle it under your agreement with them.
I have several companies. How does the assistant know which one?
If the connection reaches more than one company, the assistant asks you which to use.
I sign in with an email link. Anything to watch for?
Open the link in the same browser that started connecting, so the connection carries on there.
