Contacts
Clients and suppliers with official company data and everything that happened with each.
Keep clients and suppliers in one place with official data from the Enterprise Register. Each contact shows its invoices, bills, payments, people and notes, and one sentence says who owes whom. Search by registration number and fill an invoice in one click.
- Enterprise Register lookup
- Saved client profiles
- Auto-fill into invoices
- Registration and VAT numbers
Correct client details are half of a correct invoice. The Fakts client book lets you search a company by name or registration number and pull the official data straight from the Enterprise Register.
Once a client is saved, its details fill an invoice by themselves. You do not retype the address, registration or VAT number every time, and the chance of a mistake drops.
How it works
- Search the register Enter a name or registration number, and Fakts finds the company in the Enterprise Register data.
- Save the client Add the company to the client book with address, registration and VAT number.
- Fill in one click Pick the client on an invoice and the fields fill themselves in.
Official data from the source
The search uses Enterprise Register data, so the name, address and registration number come from the official source, not from memory.
Profiles ready to use
Each saved client holds the address, registration and VAT number, ready to reuse in any invoice.
Auto-fill
Pick a client and the invoice buyer fields fill themselves in. Less retyping means fewer mistakes.
