Incoming invoices
Every supplier bill in one inbox.
Keep received bills in one place. Add them by hand, or let the document assistant draft one from an email attachment.
- One inbox
- Statuses and due dates
- Gmail connector (optional)
- AI drafts (paid)
Invoices do not only go out, they come in too. The incoming inbox gathers supplier bills in one place, with statuses and due dates, so none slip through unnoticed.
You can add bills by hand or connect Gmail so attachments land in the inbox automatically. If you like, the AI assistant reads the attachment and drafts one with the fields already filled in.
How it works
- Receive the bill Add a supplier bill by hand, or let it arrive through the Gmail connector.
- Review the draft The AI assistant can extract the supplier, amount and VAT, leaving you only to check it (a paid add-on).
- Track the status See which bills are waiting for payment and which are settled, with due dates in one view.
One place for everything
The incoming inbox keeps all supplier bills together, instead of scattered across email and folders. Each one has a status and a due date.
Gmail connector
An optional Gmail connection lets attachments land in the inbox automatically, so you do not have to upload each file by hand.
AI drafts
The document assistant reads an attachment and drafts an incoming invoice with the fields filled in. It is an optional paid add-on, because processing each document has a real cost.
