Upload a PDF or a photo, or forward the bill to cc@fakts.lv, and the AI assistant reads it and drafts a bill with the fields already filled in. On the paid plan you can also connect Gmail, and invoice attachments are collected from your mailbox every 30 minutes.
How it works

- Review the draft The AI assistant extracts the supplier, amount and VAT, leaving you only to check it.

Forward to cc@fakts.lv
Send or forward a bill to cc@fakts.lv from the address you sign in to Fakts with, and a moment later it is a draft in your company. Other addresses, such as a bookkeeping inbox, can be added under Document sources. Forwarding works on every plan.
Gmail connector
The Gmail connector collects invoice attachments from your mailbox every 30 minutes, so you do not have to upload each file by hand. It is the one feature only the paid plan has.
AI drafts
The document assistant reads a document and drafts a bill with the fields filled in. The free plan covers 100 documents a month.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use Gmail?
No. Uploading a bill or forwarding it to cc@fakts.lv works on any plan and is read the same way. The Gmail connector is a convenience on the paid plan, not the only route in.
Are the AI drafts free?
The free plan includes 100 documents read a month. The paid plan raises that to 1000 and adds the Gmail connector.
Can I see due dates?
Yes. Each incoming bill has a status and a due date, so you can see what is waiting for payment.
How do purchases help a self-employed person's records?
Fakts reads the purchase invoices you upload or forward to cc@fakts.lv, and you confirm them. When you mark a purchase paid, Fakts asks for the payment date if you are self-employed, because expenses count on the day they are paid (Cabinet Regulation No. 322). Each purchase takes an expense type and a business share.
