All the maths is recomputed on the server before saving, so line totals, VAT and the grand total always agree. Even when you edit the grand total directly, fakts scales the line prices proportionally and keeps clean cent values.

Sequential numbering that holds up
Every invoice gets a unique, sequential number in its series. The number is assigned with a row lock in the database, so even when two invoices are issued at once they never get the same number. You can keep several series, each with its own numbering.
VAT that is always right
All Latvian VAT rates are supported: 21% standard, 12% and 5% reduced, and 0% for exports and intra-EU supplies. fakts calculates VAT per line and sums it, so a mixed-rate invoice is as simple as a single-rate one.
Foreign currency and the ECB rate
If an invoice is in another currency, fakts shows the EUR equivalent at the European Central Bank daily rate, as the Accounting Law requires. You never have to look up the rate by hand.
