Ask about an invoice, VAT or how to do something in Fakts, and get an answer about your own documents.
Palīgs is the assistant inside Fakts. It sees your company's invoices, bills and clients and answers for your VAT status and legal form. It issues, sends, annuls or records a payment only when you press the confirmation card.

The most common questions are about invoices from abroad: Google, Adobe or Figma services, an invoice to a client in Germany, a VAT registration for purchases only. Palīgs reads the document itself, checks it against your VAT status and tells you what to do and by when.
Each answer ends with its sources: the article of law or the VID guidance it rests on. What Fakts cannot see, such as your bank account or other income, Palīgs says plainly.
How it works

- You confirm If an invoice needs issuing, a payment recording or a bill confirming, Palīgs shows a card. Nothing happens until you press it.
A card before every change
Issuing, sending, annulling, recording a payment and confirming a bill always wait for your card. An invoice card shows the number it will take, and if the draft changes in the meantime the card no longer works. Drafts and new clients Palīgs creates at once, since they can be deleted.
Earlier invoices and bills
Upload invoices you issued before, or earlier bills, straight from the conversation. Fakts reads them, offers your own invoices for import with their own numbers, and Palīgs tells you what comes next.
Only what your role allows
Palīgs sees and does only what your role in the company allows. A viewer gets answers, but never a card to issue an invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Does Palīgs replace an accountant?
No. Palīgs explains the rules Fakts already follows and helps with documents. For complicated cases it suggests asking your accountant or VID.
How many questions can I ask?
Two without an account. With an account, 50 a month on the free plan and 300 on the paid plan, with hourly and daily limits too.
What happens to my data?
Your question and the document data needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, whose model writes the answer. Fakts keeps conversations to improve the answers. You see them in your list and in your data export.
Can Palīgs be wrong?
Yes. That is why every answer names its source, and nothing is issued or recorded without your confirmation.
